During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lisa Vanderpump shut down one of her restaurants, Villa Blanca. The restaurant had been struggling prior to the shutdowns, but having to close to the public was the final nail in the coffin for the restaurant.
Now, amid the Scandoval drama, it looks like two of Lisa’s other restaurants, TomTom and Pump, had their liquor licenses suspended for serving underage patrons.

In a new report from All About the Tea, apparently TomTom Restaurant and Bar and Pump Restaurant have had their liquor licenses suspended. Both restaurants are owned by Lisa Vanderpump, while TomTom is also co-owned by Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval.
The West Hollywood restaurants had their licenses suspended after a routine inspection from the Alcoholic Beverage Control. According to the outlet, they had several violations related to the sale and service of alcohol, including selling to minors. The violations occurred between July and September 2022, but the suspension didn’t go into effect until March 8 of this year.
The owners released a statement that expressed their disappointment but claimed they will continue to be committed to following ABC protocol.
Lisa and her husband have had numerous legal issues when it comes to their restaurants.
Back in 2020, her restaurant Villa Blanca closed its doors forever. According to ScreenRant, the restaurant was boarded up with a note on the door notifying people of the permanent closure.
Villa Blanca was heavily featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before Lisa decided to quit the show. It is also the restaurant where many Vanderpump Rules stars got their start before SUR.
According to the outlet, Villa Blanca was up for sublease, and the owners had been trying to get rid of the restaurant for years. Back in 2014, Lisa and her husband Ken lost a sexual discrimination lawsuit, which bankrupt the restaurant.
ScreenRant reported that a former waitress filed the complaint in civil court, but it took about two years to settle the lawsuit. The restaurant then took a major hit, which the couple tried to cover up.
When the pandemic hit, Ken and Lisa decided this was their best opportunity to let go of the failing restaurant. Page Six later reported that former SUR employees filed a class-action lawsuit against Ken and Lisa. According to the filing, employees accused the owners of forcing them to work over 8 hours a day, more than 40 hours a week, and seven-day workweeks without overtime compensation.
Additionally, they accused SUR of improperly recording staff hours, manipulating records, and withholding breaks for meals.
Guillermo and Nathalie Zapata were also named as part of the accused in the lawsuit.
Lisa and Ken were also sued for failing to pay overtime wages and failing to provide meal breaks at Tom Tom, SUR, Pump, and Villa Blanca. Vanderpump Dogs was also sued due to “intolerable working conditions.”
