Adam Joseph Copeland (born October 30, 1973) is a Canadian actor, podcaster and retired professional wrestler better known by his ring name Edge. He was signed with WWE and is a member of the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2012.[7]
Copeland was trained by professional wrestlers Sweet Daddy Siki and Ron Hutchison. Throughout the 1990s, he wrestled in various United States independent promotions. During his time in these promotions, he competed in singles and tag team competition, the latter with long-time friend Christian.
