Carly Rae Jepsen has unveiled the lyric video for her feel-good summer anthem, ‘Cut To The Feeling’.
The lyric video has a fairly simple concept – a woman can be seen dancing through the streets whilst putting up posters which say ‘I Wanna Cut To The Feeling’. The sunny location adds to the uplifting vibe of the song, and we can’t help but bop along too.
Carly debuted the song last month and since then, it has bubbling under the radar, impressing fans and critics along the way. We reckon this synth-laden offering is destined to be a huge hit for her, and the lyric video will only give it a new lease of life.

‘Cut To The Feeling’ is one of the many tracks which failed to make it onto Carly’s last album, E•MO•TION. The song instead features on the motion picture soundtrack for Leap!, which will debut in theatres on August 30.
